The co took 106.00 out of my acct and I never requested anything from them. That's fraud because my cash out amt was 50.00 when the acct was active.
To wake up on payday to view my bank acct was 106 dollars short is fraud! I closed my bank acct. Illegal grab is not allowed.
I used them before and illegal access is unacceptable. Be watchful.

- - Cannot log in to either account and still see charges, including old account.
I created an account, used the advance feature, was getting charged a rate plus interest for a few bucks paid, and closed the account. I opened a new one because I was changing banks.
I am still being charged by my old bank and then told I still owe. Now I am not able to log in to either account and am steadily getting charges, plus an attempt to charge my old account.
I am not able to contact anyone in regard to this. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
